We had 4 athletes take part in the Palos half marathon this morning.

Kristin was not able to truly run for the past month due to a calf injury and still managed to take 3rd in her age group with a time of 1:35

This was Christine’s first big race after having the twins a couple months back and finished in 2:20

Deb decided to put more time into CrossFit and didn’t get all the long runs in she usually does and PR’ed by 6 minutes with a time of 1:54

Corinne has taken some time off of CrossFit to put more time into her runs, determined to get a PR on this race and it paid off!! She PR’ed on her 1/2 and came in at 2:08

So proud of you all!! Now stretch and have a donut to celebrate.
