Big thanks to everyone who helped out with grilling, brining food, and the set up, this past Saturday with the Murph day cookout. Everyone that participated in the Murph WOD did an amazing job and I think it would of made Murph proud. Let’s keep working hard and get big PR’s on next years Murph.
