SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR THE 4TH.
ON FRIDAY THERE WILL ONLY BE A 9AM AND A10AM. YOU WILL SEE THESE TO CLASSES ON THE WODHOPPER AND ALL OTHER CLASSES CANCELLED. THE COOL THING ABOUT THESE TWO CLASSES ARE THAT THERE IS NO CAP ON AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT CAN COME. ONLY RULE IS IF HOU WANT TO DO THE 9 BE THERE WHEN IT STARTS AND SAME GOES FOR THE 10. THESE TWO CLASSES WILL RUN JUST LIKE A REGULAR CLASS BUT WILL NOT HAVE A CAP ON NUMBER OF PEOPLE. WE WILL BE DOI A NONE EQUIPMENT TYPE OF WORKOUT.
Today we are going to have some fun with our workout.
Pull-ups or work on Kipping
We will be doing the CrossFit deck of cards.
The goal is to see which class through out the day can get through the cards the fastest. Each suit of the card will represent an exercise. When a card is drawn what ever the suit is will tell you what exercise you will do and the number will tell you how many. The next card cannot be drawn until everyone is done with he movement.
