Thanksgiving is this week, so we will have a bit of a schedule change for Thursday. On Thursday we will only have morning classes, 8AM, 9AM, and 10AM. If you can get signed up do it, get a workout in before you stuff yourself. Friday classes will go back to normal. DON’T FORGET TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR CROSSFIT HOMER GLEN GEAR, WE WILL BE ORDERING THEM AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER.
