The 9:30 CLASS HAD A CHEERING SECTION TODAY!!!

STRENGTH 

Back Squat, 3RM then drop to 80% of 3RM, 2×3 

 WOD 

(Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes)
Run 400 Meters (the horseshoe)
10 power cleans @155/115#

10 Push-Ups
