The 2015 CrossFit Games Open are over.  We are very proud of our gym and its members.  Everyone who participated did an awesome job!  Whether you finished where you wanted to or not you performed your best and now when next year comes you can try to improve.  Time to move on to the next adventure.  For this next week we are going to have a little bit of fun with the programming just to change up how we program workouts.  All the workouts will be chosen the day of, out of a hopper, meaning it will be all luck of the draw on what movements and workouts the class gets.  Each class will do a different workout than the last.  Every night we will post all of the workout from that day so everyone can see which class had to do the worst or best WOD.
