Find a 1RM for the following complex:
Squat Clean + hang squat clean + hang power clean + shoulder to overhead
* bar cannot be put down until all 4 movements are complete
5:00 to 10:00
(21-15-9)
Shoulder to overhead @135/95#
Toes to bar
*the workout will start immediately at the 5:00 mark, you are responsible to have your weight adjusted to your workout weight by the 5:00 mark.
