IF YOUR GOAL IS TO COMPETE IN CROSSFIT AND TO MAKE IT PAST THE OPEN, THIS SATURDAY, THE 26th, WE ARE HAVING A MEETING AT 11:30am FOR ANYONE INTERESTED.  WE ARE DISCUSSING PLANS FOR OUR COMPETITION TRAINING.  WE WILL STILL BE POSTING OUR REGULAR EXTRA  WORK THAT COMPLIMENTS THE CLASS WOD FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS WANTING TO IMPROVE SKILLS, DO WELL IN THE OPEN AND COMPETE IN LOCAL COMPETIONS. AGAIN THIS MEETING IS FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS LOOKING TO COMPETE IN THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE SPORT OF CROSSFIT.
