THIS WEDNESDAY WE WILL BE CANCELING THE 6:30 AM AND THE 8:30 AM CLASS. ALL OTHER CLASSES WILL RESUME AS USUAL AND CLASSES WILL GO BACK TO NORMAL THURSDAY THE 28th.

15 snatches @75/55#

30 double unders

* snatches will be done alternating. Partner one will do a rep while partner 2 is holding barbell above head. Then partner two will do a rep while partner one holds bar above head. You will not be able to perform a rep until your partner has bar above their head. This will continue until you reach 15 reps. 

* double unders will be done by each partner. You can do them at the same time but you will not be allowed to start any snatches until both partners have finished their own 30 double unders.
