HSPU Negatives


4×5, @4 sec down

*we are only doing the negative portion, once the head is on the floor you will kick down. You will not do a push-up back up


(24 intervals of 20 sec on 10 sec off)

Goblet reverse alternating lunges @50/35#

Right arm KB snatches @50/35#

Left arm KB snatches @50/35#
*you will do 20 seconds on movement one then rest 10 sec then move to next movement. Complete this pattern until you have done 24 intervals  (8 rounds of all three movements)
