60 sec of deadlift @225/155#

60 sec of hspu 

45 sec of deadlift @225/155#

45 sec of hspu

30 sec of deadlift @225/155#

30 sec of hspu

*partner one will go through all intervals without rest. Once partner one finishes 30 hspu. Partner two will go through all intervals
Rest 5:00 then
(In teams of two AMRAP in 9)

10 t2b

1 rope climb 

*partner one will complete a full round of 10 t2b and 1 rope climb then partner two will go. This rotation will continue until 9 minutes is up.
