In 15 minutes work up and do 

1 rep @90%

1 rep @95%

If you hit 95% and form is good try for a new 1RM
WOD

(EMOM for 21)

Min 1:  25 KB Swings @50/35#

Min 2:  25 Abmat situps

Min 3:  10 deadlifts @225/155#

              15 lateral bar hops
