SOME OF YOU ASK WHAT WE DO FOR STRETCHING AND FOR RECOVERY. ONE OF OUR NEW FAVORITE THINGS IS ROMWOD. OUR BODY FEELS SO MUCH BETTER SINCE WE HAVE GOT IN A DAILY ROUTINE OF FOLLOWING ROMWOD.
