NEXT WOD DETAILS FOR THE HALLOWEEN HAVOC IN HOUSE THROWDOWN

“DEATH BY CARDIO”
(AMRAP in 16)
300 meter run
60 bar hops
300 meter row
60 bar hops
.5 mile bike

THIS WOD WILL BE DONE RELAY STYLE. PARTNER 1 WILL RUN 300 METERS THEN TAG PARTNER 2 WHO WILL RUN A 300. THIS WILL CONTINUE ON EACH MOVEMENT. ONCE BOTH PARTNERS HAVE FINISHED THEIR BIKE A ROUND WILL BE COMPLETED.

THE RUN WILL BE OUR NORMAL 300 METERS BUT CONES WILL BE PUT DOWN TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE RUNS THE SAME COURSE.

THE BAR HOPS WILL BE A PVC ON TWO KETTLEBELLS. YOU MUST JUMP OF TWO FEET AND LAND ON TWO FEET. NO HURDLE OR ONE FOOT TAKE OFFS OR LANDINGS. THIS WILL RESULT IN A NO REP.
