PROGRAMS

CROSSFIT
A constantly-varied, results-based high-intensity mix of barbell, bodyweight, kettle-bells , dumbbell, gymnastics and plyometric movements designed to challenge the body’s energy systems, and develop cardiovascular and muscular endurance. CrossFit is the perfect class for all people — competitive and “everyday” — especially those who like a hard-hitting, intense and skills-based training session. This class is scaled to each person’s skill and experience level.

STRENGTH CLASS
Strength Class will help the competitive and “every day” person to improve strength, power, explosiveness, speed, and improve body composition; This class is perfect for anyone ready to work hard, focus on technique, commit to three to four classes per week, and get results. Focus is on the power and Olympic barbell movements. Each class will have a workout build from a 12-week program for strength gains. Strength class is an open gym style with a coach there to work on technique and movement.

BOOTCAMP FITNESS
A challenging and fun mix of bodyweight, kettle-bell, dumbbell, and plyometric movements, plus indoor rowing and a variety of other elements. This class is scaled to each person’s skill and experience level. Come prepared to work and have fun.

FREE TRIAL CLASS
Call ahead to join us for a trial experience training at CFHG. If you have previous CrossFit or barbell-related experience, or are transferring from another CrossFit affiliate/GYM, you are eligible to join us for any class on our schedule, (call, text or email ahead).

OPEN GYM
An opportunity for current members to catch up on a missed workout, practice skills, or work mobility. This is a non-coached class hour.

PRICES

MONTHLY UNLIMITED
$150 per month. Access to unlimited visits per month as well as access to any program/class.

$360 per 3 months. 20% discount for paying three months in advance.

CROSSFIT UNLIMITED
$125 per month. Access to unlimited visits to our CrossFit classes only.

$300 per 3 months, 20% discount for paying three months in advance.

STRENGTH CLASS
$75 per month. Access to 4 days a week strength class only.

BOOTCAMP FITNESS
$75 per month. Access to 3 days a week bootcamp fitness classes only.
