Step 2: LEARN
We provide a three class Beginner Intro course. During this course (cost is added into membership) you will learn the key fundamentals and concepts of CrossFit, we will get to know you and have an opportunity to work with you to develop specific and personalized goals. For the remainder of the month, you will have unlimited access to ALL of our crossfit classes and get to know your coaches and other CFHG members while you transition to our regular programming.
Completion of our Beginner Intro course is a requirement for members who are new to CrossFit, in order to ensure proper form, technique, and range of motion in the safest way to prevent injury. Experienced CrossFitters may be eligible to test out of this course. Please contact us for more information or to discuss your options.
Step 3: JOIN
